Addiction

Heavy dependence upon anything outside myself is addiction. I can be addicted to drugs and alcohol, to sex and tobacco; and I can also be addicted to blaming people or judging people, to illness, to debt, to being a victim, to being rejected. Yet, I can move beyond these things.
