I give Hay House, Inc. permission to use the information in the form including my name, photo, and address. I also hereby give Hay House (and those authorized by Hay House) a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of that entry (including my name and photographic likeness), in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose. I understand that I shall not receive any compensation for these uses and that Hay House is under no obligation to use or publish the entry in any way. I waive any claim or right of action arising out of the uses described in this release.

RIGHTS

By uploading, posting or otherwise make text, photographs, images, graphics, or other materials on LouiseHay.com or any other social media page, email, or website owned or operated by Hay House, I hereby grant Hay House a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to exhibit and otherwise use (and to authorize third parties to exhibit and otherwise use) it in perpetuity, on any website, email, or social media channel operated or owned by Hay House.  Hay House may modify my information for formatting or other purposes.

I acknowledge and agree that this photo was taken by me and I control all rights to this photo and confirm these Terms of Use will not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable laws, rules or regulations, including, without limitation, consumer protection, privacy and trade laws; and this photo does not contain any viruses or other harmful code.  Hay House reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use by posting new versions thereof, as well as the right to provide additional notice of material changes, which modifications and changes will be effective immediately.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, HAY HOUSE, ANY THIRD PARTY, AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS, ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR HARM TO BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR LOST REVENUES, HOWEVER SUCH DAMAGES ARE CAUSED AND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE INTREPID OR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH INJURY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES.

IN THE EVENT THE USER-GENERATED CONTENT CAUSES ANY TECHNICAL DISRUPTION, i AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES AND COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES) ARISING FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS BROUGHT BY THIRD PARTIES BASED UPON SUCH TECHNICAL DISRUPTIONS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, i SHALL BE SOLELY LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES) ARISING OUT OF INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OR ANY OTHER HARM ARISING FROM SHARING MY ADDRESS, PHOTO, AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Hay House, Inc. from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
